Inquiries

When you send an inquiry, Amin Aura Group stores your name, contact details, location, selected interest, message, consent, and request source so the team can review it and follow up. Only authorized workspace users can access these records. Your information is not displayed publicly.

Team workspace

Invited team members sign in with ChatGPT. The workspace uses the identity and email supplied by that sign-in to control access. It stores team profiles, onboarding status, training completions, assigned tasks, and activity entered by the team. Owners can review team work and manage access.

Storage and essential services

The public website is hosted on Vercel. Its inquiry database and private workspace are hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare storage. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical request information. The site uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated form submissions; it does not store raw IP addresses in its inquiry database. Website fonts are provided by Google Fonts. We do not add advertising trackers or sell inquiry data.

Your choices

Only share information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send account numbers, payment details, or sensitive documents through this form. Records are retained while needed for the inquiry or the team’s work.
