Inquiries
When you send an inquiry, AminAura Group stores your name, contact details, location, selected interest, message, consent, and request source so the team can review it and follow up. Only authorized workspace users can access these records. Your information is not displayed publicly.
How you found us
We keep campaign labels, such as a profile or referral source, in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and carry them through public page links. If you send an inquiry, we save those labels and the selected site link with it to understand which routes are useful. This does not collect your browsing history or read your social profile, and it does not send information to an advertising service.
Free practice tools
The worksheets on /field-notes keep your answers in page memory until you leave or refresh. Operator Reset additionally offers optional saving in this browser and JSON backup/restore. Workspace notes are not sent to AminAura or an AI service. Saving on a device does not create an account or sync across devices. You can export or clear your work. Projects and payments
For paid digital projects, we store your project request, chosen amount, consent to the project terms, payment references, project status, agreed scope, delivery information, tips, and refund status. Stripe processes payments and card details through its hosted checkout; card numbers are not stored in this website’s database. Your private project link gives access to your project status, so keep it private. The team uses Resend to send internal notifications about saved requests.
Team workspace
Invited team members sign in with ChatGPT. The workspace uses the identity and email supplied by that sign-in to control access. It stores team profiles, onboarding status, training completions, assigned tasks, and activity entered by the team. Owners can review team work and manage access.
Storage and essential services
The public website is hosted on Vercel. Its inquiry database and private workspace are hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare storage. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical request information. The site uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated form submissions; it does not store raw IP addresses in its inquiry database. Website fonts are provided by Google Fonts. We do not add advertising trackers or sell inquiry data.
Your choices
Only share information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send account numbers, payment details, or sensitive documents through this form. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Omar through @omaram1n on Instagram or send a request through the contact form. Records are retained while needed for the inquiry or the team’s work.
