Your project.
Your chosen payment.
These terms apply to paid website design, branding, and AI or automation requests. EMG sales opportunities and initial conversations use our free inquiry form.
How the model works
- You choose your upfront payment. The minimum is $0.50 USD for card processing.
- Among waiting projects, higher initial payments go first. Equal amounts follow payment confirmation order. Work already started continues uninterrupted.
- We review your request and agree on the scope before work starts. There is no guaranteed start or delivery date; later, higher payments can move ahead of you.
- You receive a full refund if we decline your project or you cancel before work starts.
- After delivery, you can leave an optional tip if the result was worth more to you. Tips do not affect priority.
What your payment covers
Your payment accompanies the project request you submit. We review whether the project is a fit and agree with you on a practical scope before starting. Paying more changes your priority among waiting projects; it does not automatically expand the scope, promise a specific result, or set a deadline.
We will record the agreed scope on your private project page. Do not submit card details, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive account information in your request.
Cancellation and full refunds
If we decline your project, we issue a full refund of your initial payment. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time before work starts using your private project page. Cancellation and the start of work are recorded by the site so that only one can take effect first.
Refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. Your project page shows when a refund has been requested and when Stripe confirms it; your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
Once work has started, the automatic pre-start refund policy ends. Contact the team to discuss any concerns, changes, or refund request. Nothing here limits rights that apply under law.
After delivery
If you feel the work was worth more than you paid, you may leave an optional tip through your private project page after delivery. There is no obligation to tip. Tips are separate payments and do not move any project ahead in the queue. Contact us if you made a tip in error.
Your private project link
Keep your private project link safe. Anyone with the complete link can see that project’s details and use available customer actions, including cancellation before work starts. Do not post it publicly. Use our contact form if you lose access or need help.
